Blondes by Brittnee Policies
I love my friends, family, and clients so much. That's the confusing part though! Some of my friends and family are clients, and some of my clients have become like friends and family to me. Being a hair stylist is so personal that sometimes lines get blurred. That’s part of why I love my job so much! At the end of the day though, this is my business and it is what helps to feed and nurture my family and my kid’s childhood and futures. So I just want to have clear communication on a few things so that I can ensure my business is ran and treated as any other business would be.
Tardy Policy: If you are running late, I will hold your appointment for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes late you will be considered a no-show, which will result in a No Show-Fee of 100% of your scheduled service(s). If you let me know you are running late ahead of time, and I’m able to hold your appointment we may need to do a partial or something less than what was scheduled so that it will fit within a specific time period, in which case you would still be charged for the service you had originally scheduled not the lesser amount.
Cancellation Policy: In order for me to provide the best possible scheduling for my guests, I require 24-48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a 50% of scheduled service cancellation fee applies and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
No-Show Policy: If you do not show up to an appointment without any communication you will be charged a fee of 100% of the scheduled service(s) and any future appointments we may have had scheduled will be canceled until the balance is paid in full.
Re-do Policy: If there is something that you’re not loving about your hair please tell me! If you let me know within 7 days I can make sure we get it fixed for you. I cannot offer refunds for any reason on any services or hair extensions though.
